Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be happy with TutorMeo. If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, we offer a straightforward refund process described below.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribed to a Pro or Classroom plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at admin@tutormeo.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. If you are charged for a renewal and wish to cancel, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge for a full refund of that billing cycle. Refunds are not available for renewal charges older than 48 hours.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — we do not offer partial-month refunds after the 7-day window unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in the following cases:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after the initial payment (except renewal charges within 48 hours)
  • The account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Significant usage of paid features (e.g. hundreds of AI solves) suggests the service was used in full

We review all refund requests individually and reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.

Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refund applies.
